RESPONSIBILITIES
Dismantles, cleans, repairs, and reassemble complex multi-impression tooling.
Leads the use of lean tools to drive continuous improvement & process reliability on tools.
Works under the direction of the tooling manager to ensure all engineering changes are managed through the relevant cGMP procedures including documentation, equipment manuals, QCBD records & CAD drawing controls.
Supports the spare parts inventory system through assigning of all parts used and scheduled stocktakes.
Sets up and operates lathes, milling machines, electrical discharge machines and surface grinders.
Interpret drawings, evaluate machining methods on assignments and assist other toolmakers and apprentices in the operation and setup of toolroom equipment.
Performs precision work to exact tolerances and dimensions.
Implements all health and safety requirements including LOTO procedures and maintain any work area in a neat and
orderly condition.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work within a cross functional team.
Good organisational, communication and computer skills.
Application of Lean Problem solving techniques
Ability to work on own initiative
High level of safe working practices and awareness.
Degree in a related field
Good command of written and verbal Hungarian and English
