Responsibilities
- Supports Sales and Customer Success departments with data collection and standard customer support tasks
- Script writing in Bash,
- Writing MySQL queries
- Maintain coverage of customer support communication via live chats and tickets
- Answer customer inquiries or transfer more complex questions to the appropriate Customer Success team member
Our requirements
- Fast and independent problem solver
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage high-volume activities from multiple source
- Experience in Writing MySQL queries and script writing in Bash
- Experience with BigQuery; Zoho CRM
- Good written English skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
