Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven professional to represent bredent in the medical and dental market, promoting our premium product portfolio and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

Present, promote and inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of bredent products.
Actively sell dental implants and related products distributed by bredent.
Promote and sell professional trainings, educational services and technical support to both new and existing partners.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, relationship building, offer preparation and negotiation.
HCP (Health Care Professional) & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Engagement

Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, dentists, dental technicians, opinion leaders (KOLs) and key decision makers.
Identify, develop and maintain disease‑state experts, speakers and advocates to maximize brand performance.
Build credibility and trust among specialists to ensure long‑term collaboration.
Planning & Execution

Organize and participate in medical events, congresses and conferences.
Create and maintain efficient zoning plans and route planning to maximize productivity.
Prepare pre‑call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post‑call evaluations to improve performance.
Develop and execute a call plan that meets call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency with key customers.
Performance, Reporting & Market Insights

Achieve or exceed sales targets, brand KPIs, financial objectives and marketing goals.
Handle objections effectively and consistently secure logical next steps at each visit.
Monitor and report market feedback to identify opportunities and support marketing strategy development.
Continuously build understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, segments, account dynamics and clinical trends.
Share market intelligence with the in‑field team, brand team and sales manager for strategic alignment and anticipation of environmental changes.
Prepare and update activity reports, including maintaining the customer database.
Leadership, Collaboration & Professional Conduct

Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and excellent presentation skills.
Quickly identify customer behaviour and adapt the selling approach accordingly.
Bring innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities and address challenges.
Act as a credible and respected role model among peers; support colleagues through collaboration and coaching.
Lead by example and maintain positive behaviours even in changing or challenging environments.
Take ownership of issues, resolve problems efficiently and consider the broader organizational impact of decisions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, dental or technical fields.
Proven sales performance, ideally in physician/account‑based selling or similar roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Hunter mindset: proactive, independent, results‑oriented and precise.
Ability to analyse market insights and translate findings into effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
Technical affinity and openness to continuous learning.
Preferred

Experience in dental, dental technology or medical device sales.
Existing network within dental clinics, dental labs or distributors.
Past participation in congresses, events or trade shows.
Commercial or technical educational background.
Intermediate or advanced English (spoken and written).
