The Housekeeping Supervisor leads our team of housekeeping attendants in the shift to ensure excellent housekeeping service.

Tasks & Involvements:
Direct and coach Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Laundry Attendants in their daily duties; ensure needs of guests are attended to promptly and in line with Company standards
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, common areas and back of house space; raise maintenance requests as needed; see pending tasks through to completion
Execute and supervise periodic and seasonal deep cleaning of guest rooms (and its contents), common areas and back of house space
Enforce ‘Lost & Found’ program
Control cleanliness and restocking of all in-room minibars; assure accurate posting of consumptions; manage inventory of minibar items
Undertake preventative pest control measures in guest rooms, common areas and back of house space as directed
Ensure compliance with all applicable Company policies and procedures within the department
Maintain highest standards of Quality Assurance and Guest Satisfaction in accordance with set KPIs
Behave in a professional manner at all times and set an example to all
Partake in training and retention of talent
Assist with inventory of linen, operating supplies and equipment; furniture and fixtures in common areas
Prevent waste of resources e.g. guest amenities, cleaning supplies; prevent careless damage to equipment and furniture
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 4 years’ experience as Room Attendant or 2 years’ experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star property of similar size
Qualification in hospitality
Excellent command of written & spoken Hungarian and English
Good understanding of housekeeping systems & processes
Superior attention to detail and ability to control multiple tasks simultaneously
Improved communication skills
Ability to coordinate a team
